The following is a lead for service. Please note that Nordon is supplying your company with this information as a lead only. The customer is responsible for all charges for work not covered under warranty. Any charges covered by the warranty will be forwarded to the manufacturer:

Labor warranty is to repair or replace defective components as per time and hourly rate guidelines published by the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranty DOES NOT include maintenance, cleaning, improper installation or adjustments, freight damage, misuse or abuse, etc. Customer is reponsible for all charges NOT convered under warranty. OVERTIME WILL NOT BE COVERED WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION BY THE FACTORY.

Please send follow ups on the following lead such as reported problem with unit, part on order, date and time tech will be going out, etc. !
